Return Policy
All sales made through Centr are final. This product is made to order and produced specifically after your purchase. Because production begins based on confirmed orders, we are unable to accept cancellations, order changes, or returns once an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law.
Please carefully review your order details before completing your purchase, including selected product specifications (if applicable), quantities, and your shipping address. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this made-to-order policy.
This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Delivery & Missed Delivery Attempts
Our carrier will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout. If no one is available to receive the shipment, the carrier may, depending on local policy, leave a notice and/or redirect the parcel to a nearby depot, access point, or collection location for pickup within a limited timeframe.
If a shipment is not collected in time, or if delivery fails due to an incorrect address, refusal, or repeated absence, the parcel may be returned to us.
Once returned, we can arrange a re-shipment at your request. Re-shipment is subject to additional shipping and handling fees, which must be paid before the order can be sent again.
Pre-Delivery Communication
Before dispatch, we will provide updates by email regarding expected production and delivery timelines. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details (where available).
Please ensure your contact and delivery details are accurate and monitor tracking updates to avoid delays, missed deliveries, or additional costs.
United Kingdom – Heavy Item Delivery
For items weighing over 30kg, delivery within the United Kingdom is provided on a curbside / ground-level basis only. This means the carrier will deliver the item to the nearest accessible location at the delivery address and is not responsible for carrying the item inside, upstairs, or beyond the property boundary.
Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access and assistance at the time of delivery. If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions, repeated absence, or refusal of curbside delivery, the shipment may be returned to us and re-delivery may be arranged subject to additional shipping and handling fees.
